Job Main Purpose

The primary purpose of a UI/UX Designer is to provide leadership in crafting exceptional user experiences across digital platforms. This role involves setting high design standard. This role involves setting high design standards, mentoring the design team, and ensuring the alignment of design strategies with business goals.


Duty 1
Design Leadership
1.      Provide leadership and mentorship to the UI/UX design team
2.      Set design standards and ensure consistency across projects
Duty 2
User-Centered Design
1.      Drive the user-centered design process from research to implementation.
2.      Advocate for the end user, ensuring designs meet their needs and expectations
Duty 3
Innovative Design Solutions
1.      Conceptualize and implement innovation UI/UX design solutions
2.      Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging design technologies.

Duty 4
Collaboration with Stakeholders
1.      Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
2.      Align design strategies with business goals and project requirements.
Duty 5
Usability Testing and Analysis
1.      Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and implement improvements.
2.      Use data-driven insights to enhance the overall user experience.

Duty 6
Advanced Prototyping and Wireframing
1.      Develop advanced interactive prototypes and detailed wireframes.
2.      Ensure the feasibility and efficiency of design concepts.

Duty 7
Visual Design Excellence
1.      Create visually stunning UI designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
2.      Ensure a consistent and aesthetically pleasing visual identity

Duty 8
Project Management
1.      Manage and prioritize multiple design projects effectively.
2.      Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.

Duty 9
Client Interaction
1.      Engage directly with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
2.      Present design concepts and gather client feedback for iterative improvements.

Duty 10
Training and Development
1.      Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and skill development
2.      Stay committed to personal development, acquiring advanced skills and knowledge.
Work Environment

The work environment for  UI/UX is remote office setting, meetings or training are conducted remotely. The hours are Part-Time, Sunday through Thursday, although some overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines or resolve problems.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of user psychology and design principles.
