Job Main Purpose

Social Media Expert role encompasses responsibilities related to strategy development, content creation, community engagement, advertising, and analytics.


Duty 1
Social Media Strategy
1.      Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
2.      Identify target audiences and tailor content to enhance brand visibility.
Duty 2
Content Creation and Curation
1.      Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
2.      Curate relevant content from industry sources to maintain a diverse and engaging social media presence.
Duty 3
Community Engagement
1.      Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and audience interactions
2.      Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community building.
Duty 4
Campaign Management
1.      Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions and product launches.
2.      Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Duty 5
Social Media Advertising
1.      Design and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
2.      Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and audience targeting.


Duty 6
Analytics and Reporting
1.      Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics.
2.      Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Duty 7
Stay Updated on Trends
1.      Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
2.      Incorporate innovative and trending elements into social media strategies.
Duty 8
Collaboration with Marketing Team
1.      Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
2.      Integrate social media into larger marketing campaigns.
Duty 9
Brand Advocacy
1.      Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers.
2.      Foster relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach.
Duty 10
Social Listening
1.      Monitor conversations in the social media landscape related to the brand and industry.
2.      Use social listening tools to gather insights and address potential issues proactively.

Work Environment

The work environment remote, meetings or training are conducted remotely. The hours are Part-Time, Sunday through Thursday, although some overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines or resolve problems..


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
  • Creativity in content creation and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
