Job Main Purpose

A motion graphic designer works with animation, audio, and visual effects to create moving content and graphic for various media, they work with creative teams to incorporate design elements into a project.


Duty 1
Conceptualization and Storyboarding
1.      Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop motion graphic concepts.
2.      Create detailed storyboards outlining the visual narrative for motion projects.
Duty 2
Motion Graphic Design

1.      Design and animate visually compelling motion graphics for various platforms.
2.      Utilize industry-standard software and tools to bring concepts to life.
Duty 3
Visual Effects and Animation
1.      Integrate visual effects, 2D/3D animations, Cinema 4D, Maya and other dynamic elements into motion projects.
2.      Ensure seamless transitions and engaging visual experiences.
Duty 4
Project Management
1.      Manage multiple motion graphic projects concurrently, from conception to delivery.
2.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
Duty 5
Client Interaction
1.      Engage with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into designs.
2.      Present and articulate creative concepts to client effectively.
Duty 6
Quality Control
1.      Conduct quality control checks on final motion graphic outputs.
2.      Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of creativity and brand consistency.
Duty 7
Stay Updated to Industry Trends
1.      Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques.
2.      Integrate innovative and cutting-edge design elements into motion graphics.
Duty 8
Collaboration with Design Team
1.      Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative professionals.
2.      Ensure seamless integration of motion graphics with other design elements.
Duty 9
Performance Analysis
1.      Analyze the performance of motion graphics in terms of engagement and impact.
2.      Use analytics to iterate and improve future motion graphic projects.
Duty 10
Mentorship and Training
1.      Provide guidance and mentorship to junior motion graphic designers.
2.      Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.

Work Environment

The work environment remote, meetings or training are conducted remotely. The hours are Part-Time, Sunday through Thursday, although some overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines or resolve problems.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in video production, film, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the same position.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
  •  Knowledge of motion graphics software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Maya
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of video production processes including shooting, lighting, and sound design is a plus.
