Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

· Analyze marketing trends and competition to drive strategic decision-making

· Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels

· Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

· Oversee Content Creation and distribution to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

· Develop content calendars aligned with target audience interests.

· Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility

· Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to enhance online presence.

· Develop and execute social media strategies to build and engage the audience.

· Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

· Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.

· Provide insights and recommendations for continues improvement.

· Implement A/B testing and other strategies to optimize website and landing page conversions.

· Identify and address bottlenecks in the conversion funnel

· Manage email marketing campaigns, from segmentation to execution.

· Optimize e-mail content and delivery for maximum engagement

· Develop and manage the digital marketing budget

· Monitor spending and adjust strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness

· Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

· Develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.


Work Environment

The work environment is remote office setting, meetings or training are conducted remotely. The hours are Part-Time, Sunday through Thursday, although some overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines or resolve problems. The job can be stressful at times, as team leaders are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. They must also be able to deal with difficult team members and handle conflict effectively.







Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus strategy and campaign management.

3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends.

4. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

5. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
