Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at LinkYou Inc. The Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, conducting interviews, enhancing employer branding, and managing the recruitment process efficiently.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Interviewing and Recruiting expertise
- Experience in enhancing Employer Branding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Prior experience in the telecom industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
