Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at LinkYou Inc. The Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, conducting interviews, enhancing employer branding, and managing the recruitment process efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
  • Interviewing and Recruiting expertise
  • Experience in enhancing Employer Branding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in the telecom industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
